Virtual Causeway Continues Success in 2003
After a record year of growth in 2002, Virtual Causeway ambitiously pushed to again double its growth in 2003. This was accomplished by a continued focus on core competencies and expanding vertical market coverage. Virtual Causeway, originally focused on the Technology sector, has expanded its sales and marketing services to include the financial services and bio-technology industries. Specializing in high-end telephone-based services for sales, marketing and market research solutions, Virtual Causeway has had significant growth across all service areas.
Rick Endrulat, Chief Operating Officer, explains this growth: "Our customer base has continued to grow substantially, and 2003 was very successful due to the fact that businesses have realized that they have to work harder and smarter to find clients through effective business intelligence and pipeline building programs on a continuing basis. Many in-house lead generation programs are not a main focus of the business, whereas our teams at Virtual Causeway are highly focused with dedicated processes that utilize experienced and well-managed professionals. By engaging Virtual Causeway in the sales and marketing process, our clients are able to concentrate on what they do best."
For 2004, Virtual Causeway is expecting continued growth. The company expects year over year revenue growth exceeding 50%. Some significant clients were acquired during the last quarter of 2003, which are providing a great running start in 2004. The appointment of William Clark as the new Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development in 2003 is also expected to contribute to overall revenue growth and continued expansion into other business areas.
This focus on growth will not detract from the significant involvement in community activities that continue to be an important part of the corporate culture. This includes participation or involvement with the 2nd Annual High Tech Blood Drive Challenge, The Sunshine Foundation, The Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Kidney Foundation of Canada and the Canadian Diabetes Association. Also, playing an increased role as an Ambassador for Canada's Technology Triangle is an important relationship that will be strengthened over the year.
Virtual Causeway's Board Chairman, Ray Stamps, adds, "We will continue to grow to support our expanding client base in North America as well as supporting the local community. It is this combination of delivering ever-increasing value to our clients and our sensitivity to the needs of our community that makes Virtual Causeway a great company to be associated with for clients and employees alike. We thank both our loyal clients and our hard working employees for their continued support and confidence in 2003. We will strive to make 2004 an even better year to come."
