Virtual Causeway Decides Canada's Technology Triangle is the Perfect Place to Start a Business

Kitchener, Ontario – Virtual Causeway, a new high-tech sales and marketing company in Waterloo, thinks Canada's Technology Triangle is the perfect place to start a business. After examining several American and Canadian locations, the company decided to launch its operations here in March due to the advantages of the area.

"We decided to establish ourselves in Canada's Technology Triangle because of the area's easy access to a local labour pool, the tech base of companies here, the presence of three universities and a college, and the financial advantage of locating in Canada compared to the United States," says Rick Endrulat, Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer.

Virtual Causeway enables technology companies to build a bridge to prospects and customers through effective lead generation and marketing campaign management. The Waterloo office features a contact centre for the implementation of client marketing efforts.

Virtual Causeway's management team includes Mr. Endrulat, a native of the area and a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University's MBA program, and two American partners. Its first clients are all U.S.-based, and include Open Market, Pinpoint Solutions and Wellstream Technologies.

"It would have been very easy for Virtual Causeway to establish themselves in the U.S.", says Randy Ellis, CEO of Canada's Technology Triangle. "We were pleased to assist them in proving that this area's advantages made business sense to establish here."
