Virtual Causeway Thrives in 2002 - End of Year Overview
Despite a down economy, Virtual Causeway had a record year in 2002. Virtual Causeway, which specializes in high-end telephone-based services for sales, marketing and market research solutions, had significant, across the board growth. The company's year over year revenues nearly tripled. In the past year, Virtual Causeway's employee base had doubled with additional growth in sight for the upcoming year. Chief Operating Officer, Rick Endrulat, explains; "This growth is largely due to an increase in the number, as well as, the size of our customers. Our customer base has expanded nicely, and we have become much more effective in growing and retaining our existing accounts."
Virtual Causeway's growth has also come in conjunction with the development of some key partnerships within the industry, and the formation of the company's Domain Experts Program. Throughout this growth, Virtual Causeway has managed to contain overall costs and prove that their pay-for-performance philosophy and methodologies are successful.
"Even in the midst of a tightened economy, these growth rates are realistic." Endrulat continues. "Over the past year, as companies have downsized and scrutinized their expenses more, we have found that our market opportunity has grown. Many companies are more willing to outsource when they realize they can attain significant cost-savings and return on investment".
For 2003, Virtual Causeway is not expecting their growth to slow down. The company expects year over year revenue growth of 100%. This includes increases in risk sharing, pay-for-performance sales programs, as well as core marketing and primary research business units.
