Rick Endrulat, President of Virtual Causeway, has been nominated for Canada's Top 40 Under 40. Founded by The Caldwell Partners, this national program celebrates the leaders of today and tomorrow who have reached a significant level of success before the age of 40.

In choosing the recipients, the nominees must exhibit excellence in the following: vision and leadership, innovation and achievement, impact, community involvement and contribution, and growth/development strategy.
Recipients for this award will be announced in The Globe and Mail in May 2008 and be honoured at the Awards Gala Luncheon on May 6, 2008.
