Virtual Causeway Grows Sales and Partnership Initiatives with Appointment of William Clark as Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Waterloo, Ontario - September 4, 2003- Virtual Causeway, a Waterloo-based sales, marketing and market research firm, has appointed William (Bill) Clark as the new Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development. Mr. Clark will be a member of the Executive Management Team and will be responsible for the overall Sales Strategy for Virtual Causeway, including: direct sales, client account management, alliances strategies and new market development.

As Virtual Causeway continues to experience growth in sales, marketing and channel development, the appointment of Mr. Clark is a natural step. Mr. Clark has held management positions in large technology corporations, primary market research corporations and new ventures. Most recently he served as Director of Sales for newly created Financial Insights (an IDC company), where he focused on restructuring the sales team and developing new sales channels. Mr. Clark also had global responsibilities - effectively establishing Strategic Accounts for the new entity in both North America and Asia.
