Step 3: Record Your Message

You may record and review your messages anytime, 24 hours a day. To proceed with your recording, you need your Client ID and Campaign ID, which were emailed to you when you booked your campaign.

Please note that you will not be interrupted when you record over 60 seconds. If you wish to keep your recording within the 60 second limit, which most voicemail boxes adhere to, please time yourself while recording.

If you would like a free assessment of your message, please select one and contact us with your Client ID and Campaign ID. Please contact your Account Manager if you require any assistance at any point.

  1. Dial 1-877-344-9589 (Local: 416-341-0620)
  2. Enter your 3-digit Client ID
  3. Enter your 5-digit Campaign ID
  4. Follow the voice prompts

Main Menu

Dial - Function
1 - Record a message
2 - Listen to all your previous recordings
3 - Play the currently "selected" recording
9 - Change to a different campaign ID
0 - Hang up

After Recording

Dial - Function
1 - Save take
2 - Play back the take
3 - Save and "select" the take for distribution
0 - Main menu

While Listening

Dial - Function
1 - Play current recording
2 - Play next recording
3 - Play previous recording
4 - Delete the current recording permanently
5 - "Select" the current recording for distribution
