Step 1: Buy Records

Conducting Guided Voicemail campaigns with Virtual Causeway begins with purchasing pre-paid records. Pre-paid records are then credited to your account and become available for you to “use up” when you book campaigns. Virtual Causeway charges on a per-record basis. Each record represents a name on your list. For example, if you have 1000 names on your list you would need to purchase at least 1000 records. The more records you pre-purchase, the lower the cost per record will be.

Simply fill out the form below, and indicate the number of records you wish to purchase. If this is your first purchase, you will be assigned a unique (3 digit) Client ID via email that you will use for all future campaigns. When we receive your request, you will be sent an invoice for those records. Simply pay this invoice to have your account credited with the correct number of pre-paid records.
